YX5300 MP3 playback module The Catalex MP3 Board is a great little MP3 playback board based around the YX5300 chip. It can be controlled via serial interface using a simple set of commands. The front of the board looks like this: Catalex MP3 Front As you can see, the connections on J2 are nice and simple. Pin Note RX Connect this to TX on your serial port.
